Consultation Policy: Please call or email to book you complementary consultation. It will be approximately one hour in length. In our experience, one hour is plenty of time to decide on design, cake flavors, and preliminary pricing. You may bring up to two people with you to your appointment. Each additional person is $10. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give at least 24 hrs. notice as your time and ours are extremely valuable. If you fail to cancel and do not show to your appointment, additional appointments will be charged at $50. You must call us to re-book the appointment. In the case that we are not able to answer the phone, please leave a message to ensure that we get your call. I will NEVER cancel an appointment, except in case of extreme emergency or significant physical illness. Consultations are generally for weddings ONLY unless there is a special circumstance. |
